1. Can I add thins after i placed it?
If you place a new order with whatever extra items you want and send us an email to combine your orders, we'll do our best. If our fulfilment centre has already started processing the order, we won't be able to combine however.

2. Can I cancel my orders?

We try to dispatch so fast that we have to consider all sales final once checkout is complete. If you did place an order in error please be super fast and contact us immediately. We'll do our best to stop our fulfilment team before they dispatch.
If your order has already shipped, we can arrange for a return and refund instead.

3. My payment is not going through?

At checkout, make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information (name, address, etc.) associated with your PayPal account or credit card. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through. If you are unsure, please call your card company to see what information they have on file.

with the set (color/weight/length/texture) that you would like to order, as well as your shipping address, so that we can e-mail you a custom invoice for your order and enter your order manually.

1. How can I track my order?

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your accessories. If you have any additional questions, please contact our customer service team.

2. What shipping option do you offer?

You can choose the USPS or the DHL, and the USPS need 7-14 work days for shipping.
